alle beoordelingen weergevenMy favourite class so far! It was a special one, focused on progressive weight lifting: doing the same reps but increasing the load each time. It was really helpful because the first set was a great baseline to find your rhythm and after that you could scale up. And we did not use the steps so there was no chaotic transition of switching between mat, steps and lying down and getting up again. The entire workout was standing which felt more efficient and streamlined. I really want more of these classes! <3

It was a great workout for my hips and felt really good overall, especially for my lower back. Left the class feeling great! 🤍

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe ashtanga-inspired flow today was great. Chaska's cues kept me anchored to the present throughout the class. I had never had so many cues for drishti. Chaska is able to explain he reasoning behind what we do, enhancing my practice. Her soft adjustment helped me get into the poses even more, yet gently. Her voice and words are so soft and clear that I always leave class feeling cleaned from within, with a relaxed and calm mind. I've only taken a handful of classes with her, but she has become my favourite teacher! Super professional
