The instructor Jess was encouraging and patient while giving a very physically invigorating class! I would totally love to come to this studio again for more classes!

She chose great, upbeat music. She kept the same level of energy the entire class even when I started slipping, and I never felt any shame for needing a modification or for needing a break, but at the same time she pushed me to do the most I could absolutely do. She is a 10/10 instructor!
