The class was great and included 30 minutes of vigorous cycling plus core on the mat. I’ll definitely be back & I recommend GritFit to anyone looking for a welcoming studio!

alle beoordelingen weergevenIntimate 2 mat personal training session with a super talented & kind trainer, Jess! Our 1 hour class focused on a full body, dumbell & ankle weight workout. We did arms, lower body, and core plus started with a warm up and cardio burst then cool down at the end. Jess was super accommodating and it was a very well rounded workout, I’d definitely recommend to anyone!
