The class was great and included 30 minutes of vigorous cycling plus core on the mat. I’ll definitely be back & I recommend GritFit to anyone looking for a welcoming studio!

Functional strength training and mobility with cardio as well. Not to mention you’re working out at Carrier Park in the sunshine. Consider me hooked!

We did arms, lower body, and core plus started with a warm up and cardio burst then cool down at the end. Jess was super accommodating and it was a very well rounded workout, I’d definitely recommend to anyone!
