The biggest benefit in joining a class is for the instructor to help correct the form which wasnt done at all in this class. And yet she pays attention to each of us, assesses our technique in such detail, corrects our forms when needed, and give modifications if we are lacking (mobility or such). I LOVE HER. She’s a former international athlete for Indonesia and it was such an honor to be in her class. Would love to go there again!
