I can’t recommend this Lagree class enough! The coach is incredible .. Bella is knowledgeable and pays so much attention to every student. They take the time to explain each movement, correct form with care, and make sure I understand and do the moves correctly. You can really tell how much knowledge she has and how much she cares to see her students improve with time. Her attention to detail, encouragement, and personalised guidance make every class feel supportive and motivating. The energy is fantastic, and I always leave feeling stronger and challenged. If you’re looking for a coach who truly cares about their students and wants them to succeed, this is the place to be!

first time trying megaformer 😱 i would say it is the comfiest machine of all .. compared to pilates and lagree machine (?) the class itself was a bomb 😆 thanks to Jozef, he was very attentive and helpful..guided us all ⭐ instructions were clear 🫡 definitely would try again 😇 thankss

They were also thoughtful to provide small towels for the outdoor mats and glass bottled water. It was a calming session and Tina came around to assist us into deeper stretches. My fav part is poses facing the vast skies. Arrive earlier to enjoy the panoramic view by the pool before sunset!
