However, once I understand, the workout is incredibly intense and rewarding! Demi also offers different levels of instruction, which allows more intermediate individuals to feel the burn as well. The studio is clean and beautifully lit, creating a warm atmosphere. At the end of the class, we enjoyed a glass of infused water and a delicious protein ball. I’m sold—I will definitely come back!
