alle beoordelingen weergevenI had such a wonderful experience at Your Daily Yoga, and my instructor, Ayesha, was fantastic! I attended the 8:00 AM class today, which was Ayesha’s second class of the day. She mentioned that she was already feeling pumped and excited to teach her second class—and you could definitely feel her energy throughout the entire session! She was very friendly, welcoming, and encouraging from the moment class started. Her class was amazing, but definitely a workout! 😂 My legs were already shaking halfway through the session because she really knows how to make you feel the burn. The class was completely full, which says a lot about how good and well-loved she is as an instructor. The studio itself is also excellent. It’s very easy to find, clean, and well-maintained. They provide large lockers, a dry towel, and even a cold wet towel after the workout, which was such a refreshing touch! I also really appreciated that the staff cleaned and sanitized the equipment after class. At other studios I’ve visited, I’ve had to clean the equipment myself, so having the staff take care of it was a really nice extra. Overall, I highly recommend Your Daily Yoga, especially if you get the chance to take Ayesha’s class. I had a great experience and definitely hope to come back on my next visit!
