The heat was comfortable that I could manage to flow throughout the class (was thinking okay so this isn’t as hot as in Jakarta! And then the sweat started to pouring 10 mins in haha) Towels are provided. Shower is clean.

alle beoordelingen weergeveni really enjoyed the class! it was a great full body workout, and i appreciated that the instructor maintained a consistent counting pace throughout the session. one suggestion maybe the coach could offer more options during the lower-body exercises. many movements seem to focus on the glutes (so it would be great if the instructor could also suggest variations for other muscle groups like quads, hamstrings, or inner thighs). overall, a great class! ^^b
