It was painful, but in the good way - I have become a new person after this! She was very attentive, focused on the area which was my problem (lower back), and she asked me several times whether the pressure was too much/too gentle (but it was perfect always). I will go back to her while I’m still in Barcelona for sure!

In the beginning she had prepared some tea and we talked about my history, so she could learn more about my situation. After that we got to the massage part and wow! She is guiding you through breathing and meditation, while giving you a facial/head massage. In the end she explained me where the tension comes to my jaw and what I could do to help that. Would definitely recommend her!
