From the moment we walked in, Rafael at the front desk made it extra special—he had a little board welcoming me and my friends by name, which was such a thoughtful touch. The energy in the room was amazing. Everyone was constantly moving through different stations, giving it that fun, circuit-style vibe similar to F45. The whole place felt super motivating and high-energy. Overall, the ambiance, the workout, and the attention to detail made it a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!

The 6:30pm classes especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays this group in particular help each other out tremendously and are fully supportive with one another - I have been coming for 1 month now it’s made such a difference in my life and my cousins as well we’re really grateful to this group particularly the women that’ are always supportive with one another!!! Coaches take time to look at your form to make sure your properly lifting and if your not doing it correctly to possibly adjust or correct you so you are lifting properly or adjust your weights so you can build the strength from where you are at the moment. They meet you where you are!! 👊💪🏼 !!

Pau, the instructor, was amazing. She kept a close eye on everyone, made sure our technique was on point, and gave helpful corrections throughout the class. The energy was incredible, the playlist was fire, and the whole vibe kept me motivated the entire time. She created an amazing environment that was warm, welcoming, kind, and supportive. I loved that she took the time to work with each person. I also love that she had a hefty warm up, an appropriate level flow, freestyle, and a cool down. Ashley is an absolute gem! I also really appreciated that she gave me tips about grip aid and corrected some mistakes I was repeating! The only feedback I have for the studio is to please ban ITAC grip, the previous students had this stuff tacked on the upper pole and it’s sooo hard to get off once it’s dried on. Overall, beautiful space and community! I love the mirrors, mats, xpoles, and packages. I will definitely be returning!!!🫶🫶🫶🫶
