alle beoordelingen weergevenSUCH a great class! I’m 6 weeks postpartum and have been practicing yoga for over 10 years so coming back in this new body to the same old practice has been so rewarding. Samantha as a teacher is exactly what I love about a good hot yoga class: clear cues on postures, firm and grounding warm up flow and then brings the energy for sun salutations/standing portion of class and has a steady relaxing wind down into savasana. I was so present in class for a second there i ALMOST forgot I had a newborn waiting for me at home. 10/10 will be backkk

I do love loud music and the playlist was perfect, but I just couldn’t hear the words she was saying but for the most part I could follow her by watching so it was good

I came for the workout, but stayed because the playlist was an absolute whole body groove 🤸🏻♀️I was basically dancing on my mat between sets. Don't be fooled though! Grab your ball, because Aly will put you to work!!! The burn is real, the vibes are immaculate, and you’ll leave feeling like that girl! ✨

I caught a case of heat exhaustion 😅 but it was my own fault for not coming prepared and the entire team was so supportive and patient. Workout was tough but definitely good for the bit I was able to complete lol. Will be returning 🙏🏽

One thing I would say is to dim the lights from the entrance or get curtains to block out the light from the classroom. The room space itself is gorgeous overlooking the water and fountains. Will def be coming back for more sessions!

I particularly enjoy Carolyn's class because she does hands off Reiki, meaning she makes no physical contact with your body. I've had hands on Reiki at other studios, and it's so nice to find a studio that offers the hands off approach as well. Carolyn is also lovely and has such a sweet, welcoming, positive energy. 💕Her playlists are always amazing and really allow you to float off into meditation. 🎵To top it all off, her sound bath is on point! Highly recommend, definitely a class to add to your schedule!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI loved the Yin-Yang class! The slow-to-moderate pace was perfect for me because it allowed me to focus on proper form and make sure I was activating the correct muscles. Since my muscles have become deconditioned, I have had difficulty engaging the intended muscle groups on my own. As a result, stronger muscles often compensate, which prevents me from getting the full benefit of the exercises. The suit definitely helped me activate the specific muscles each movement was designed to target. Surprisingly, the suits EMS gave me more energy to continue through the various exercises and repetitions when I started feeling tired. 😊😻

The class had such a nice flow with plenty of deep, feel-good stretching, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better in my body. Ann created such a peaceful atmosphere and guided everything beautifully. Highly recommend her class! 🧘♀️✨

He made me feel comfortable and was area of my comfort trying something new and unfamiliar. The people were really friendly and I did not feel out of place. The class was challenging yet doable and I got an incredible workout!
