I've been going to her classes for quite a while and she is consistently one of my favorite instructors due to her deep well of knowledge, upbeat energy, and ability to adjust classes to be harder/easier with optional movements. Highly recommend you try out a class with her!

The instructor was very welcoming and gave great cues, I felt right at home. Class was comfortable for all levels, we worked up a sweat then slowed it down before the end. 10/10 class
