alle beoordelingen weergevenSuper fun class with Teacher Meggy. I've always wanted to really train my core and flexibility through yoga because that's one of my weakest areas, and she was very understanding and patient as she was guiding me through the steps. The flow is challenging but very rewarding, and perfect for beginners like me. Already scheduling my next class!

He watched every student closely, offering soft adjustments or helpful props like blocks. l left the class feeling lighter and more centered and I will definitely join again.
