Teacher Ty was very attentive and made sure to correct our body alignment throughout the class. He guided us really well through each stretch and made sure we were doing everything properly. I really appreciated how hands-on and encouraging he was. 🩷

She also makes sure the positions and execution are correct, and doesn’t pressure you. I can tell she genuinely wants her students to improve! The instructor (mb, forgot her name 🥹) was super nice and asked about us—personally and our experience with yoga. The flow was easy to follow, although I wish some of the cues were clearer (not much of a dealbreaker bc she guided us throughout and still showed us the poses). I had a deep stretch mostly on my legs which helps esp since I do aerial hoop. Overall, a great class ⭐️ Hoping to have more students join soon since there were only 2 of us 🫶🏻
