Teacher Jenny is so encouraging and hands-on throughout the class. She really takes the time to go around and assist each student, so you know you’re doing the stretches properly. Honestly, you start getting nervous when you see her coming your way😆 but it’s always worth it because her guidance really helps you improve your stretches. Definitely one of my favorite classes! Lalabas kang may abs charr😂😂

Just like T. gin, T.Roch and T.Mel her feedback were very useful and she ensures no one is left out. I loved going back to basics and I am glad to always join her classes. I felt more muscle groups on my lower body and arms were used. There were core exercises too. I hope the studio can install mirrors 😊

Teacher Ty was very attentive and made sure to correct our body alignment throughout the class. He guided us really well through each stretch and made sure we were doing everything properly. I really appreciated how hands-on and encouraging he was. 🩷

However I will say, it may not be the best class if you are a total beginner, it would probably be better to look for a different class for your first time! She’s also so funny while teaching, so the class is always fun and lively! She’s incredibly talented, graceful, and flexible. You can’t help but be amazed watching her do the tricks.
