She burns out each muscle group before moving on and I wish more instructors did that here! You can really see your progress this way.

alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class, Bella is excellent! It’s certainly a challenging class (hot power usually is) but there was a positive and lighthearted energy that I think would make anyone comfortable. Came away challenged and exhausted with more in my practice.
