Cynthia was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable—she made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I did the compression boots along with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), and the combination was amazing. The compression boots helped with circulation and left my legs feeling light and refreshed, while the HBOT session was deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. I walked out feeling recharged and energized. The space is clean, calming, and very well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. Cynthia took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. Highly recommend Apollo Wellness if you’re looking to recover, relax, and invest in your overall wellness. I’ll definitely be back!

She is very knowledgeable and really wants to make you feel comfortable and confident in her space. She wants you to succeed and really helps you with your form in your exercises. My first time trying XBody EMS training and it felt like I was using a jumpsuit, it was a really fun experience that I would love to try again. You feel the electrical stimulation and I definitely feel sore right after. I hope to try this again. Thank you so much for an amazing experience Szabina!
