Our first session was all about discussing my goals and what I needed from personal training, and today I had my first proper workout. Felipe tailored the session really well to suit my needs, explained everything clearly as we went along, and made sure I was doing each exercise correctly and getting the most out of the workout. I felt supported throughout and really enjoyed the session. Thank you, Felipe — a great first workout and I’m looking forward to the next one!
