She created such a warm, positive and welcoming atmosphere, and I felt so comfortable throughout the class. I left feeling absolutely amazing and so glad I gave yoga a try. I’m already looking forward to coming back - I’ll definitely be joining more classes! 🤍

Inside Flow is exactly what I needed, it’s such a beautiful experience for the body, mind and soul. It helps you connect with your inner self, your inner dancer and your creativity. You flow to the beat, you flow with intention, and most importantly, you flow for YOU. There’s something very special about connecting with yourself while also being part of this beautiful community of people who seem to vibrate with the same energy. Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities. Definitely a different kind of challenge from reformer, and I loved it!
