She will help you get set up with everything and throughout the class she does demonstrations of the moves prior and really goes into depth on how to activate each muscle! You will feel empowered during her class and especially after! Definitely a great burn and sweat with just simple, yet complex moves!

She was very good to have modifications for those who needed it. I enjoy the flow and movement and the warm heated room. I know stretching should be incorporated so much more so I thoroughly enjoyed this class. I will absolutely be back.
