As A PT and coach I want to congratulate a Molly for the great flow and chain exercise done on her first part of the class I really felt it every single muscle of my body and them a great 1/2 hour of yoga were her voice guidance took my mind to another part of the universe ending the practice in peace , happy and lots of love . Thanks Molly ( my Beast ) for always been yourself and practice what do you preach . Namaste .

I especially loved how she directed each sequence creating a consistent dance -like flow, matching the breath. I left feeling amazingly light afterwards!
