I love that her class is challenging, but also allows us to listen to our bodies and flow through the movements. I really enjoy our cool down portion and how she can easily put you in a meditative state with her soothing voice, which has helped me explore mindfulness.

She provided clear, easy-to-follow guidance while creating an atmosphere that felt welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free. What makes Letty stand out is her ability to challenge her students while making them feel empowered. She pushed us to go a little further than we thought we could, but always with positivity, encouragement, and genuine care. Her motivation throughout the class helped build confidence and made the experience both fun and rewarding. I left feeling accomplished, energized, and excited to come back. She asked whether I had attended the YMCA before or taken a Zumba class, and when she learned I was new to both, she offered helpful tips, instructions, and encouragement that helped me feel comfortable jumping right in. Her vibrant personality somehow outshined even her colorful outfit—which I absolutely loved! The choreography moved at a moderate-to-fast pace, but thankfully my years of dance experience helped me keep up with most of it. The music was upbeat, the energy was contagious, and the hour flew by. I knew it was a great class because I left both sweating and smiling. At one point, it even seemed like the birds outside the window had stopped to watch the fun! 🤭🐦⬛💃 I left sweaty, smiling, and already looking forward to the next class—which is pretty much the highest compliment I can give a workout. 💃 ::
