The class was definitely challenging but I left feeling supported and empowered. 100% recommend and will be back

Les cours d’Isis sont un parfait mélange de dynamisme et d’apaisement, vraiment la meilleure façon de commencer la journée en se sentant accomplie et pleine d’énergie. Son énergie est contagieuse et sa bienveillance se ressent à chaque séance. Les espaces de Soma House sont magnifiques, et leurs boissons sont tout aussi délicieuses que leurs cours.
