And all of the instructors and therapists I’ve had are excellent. For massage, Shi & Nazra are two of the best bodyworkers I’ve ever been to. Both are warm and very intuitive and every massage I’ve had with either of them has been hugely beneficial.

The pressure was perfect, the hot stones were very effective while being the right but still comfortable temperature, and the massage table had the softest face rest I've experienced.
