alle beoordelingen weergevenwhat an excellent class ! 💯 I was a bit intimidated to get in, considering one student told me the " instructor will step on you " I was like what 🫨😳.. but considering I am no novice to yoga and have been practicing from more than a decade already, am pretty flexible myself.. I knew I could take it 💪🏻.. and it was intense, tough, people screamed in class, all true.. but for me, it was worth it ! I believe pain brings progress.. but also important to know how much is too much. abi knew that , and so, I know I have progressed 😇

alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was my first time to try a wall rope yoga class. Teacher Kishore was very detailed in his instructions and adjustments, and made beginners feel supported. My classmates were also welcoming and helpful. The space itself is neat and accessible, and has mats, bolsters, and other props for yoga practice. There are showers inside the studio, while the toilets are outside near the elevators.

Teacher was very detailed in her observation of the dynamics of my movement, and gave specific suggestions and cues for correction. Her modifications for alignment were subtle, and didn't force my body into positions it perhaps was not ready for. The space itself is neat and accessible. I would practice here again if I were in Central.
