The place is spacious and clean and bright. Everyone is very friendly here. The class itself is advanced but you can also challenge yourself. Master was not judging but encouraging and pushing us to our limits instead. Love the class!

Not a huge amount of floor space but the variety of equipment, clean shower facilities, and friendly staff make this a great gym. There’s more space and additional equipment in a VIP area but this is sadly unavailable for an Open Gym booking.
