Courtney is a very clear instructor and offered hands on adjustments as needed. I really enjoyed the burn! You will shake!

And knowing that I was a newby, she went to great lengths to make sure that I was comfortable and cared for. Kudos to her 👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼 I would definitely attend her class again. Mahalos

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis is a REAL place. I was nervous because of the other review saying it’s fake. It’s AT the church. There’s a small one story multi use building that overlooks the parking lot & the church’s courtyard and that’s where it is. There’s a lot of windows all around it. Ask around and someone guided me there (I had trouble too). The class was great I really enjoyed it…super super long (90mins). Starts with kinda like kickboxing warm up then stretches then Pilates poses. The poses and everything moved waaaaay too fast for me to really get a good burn or used a lot of momentum way more than I’m used to for how precise Pilates is but still was a great workout. It’s no frills, no mirrors, in a building that’s multi use for the church, and the people who go there have been going for years and years so I was the only new person. I will definitely go again ◡̈
