I arrived early and got reprimanded for my friend not being there when she had a separate appt, not sure why they didn’t just say it to her and she wasn’t even late, she was right on time. Then at the end I realized the woman who was massaging me had 2 cell phones sitting on my massage bed next to me when she left the room unexpectedly. If it had been a man, I would have flipped out. It was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable. There is no reason a camera phone should be present in a private massage, nonetheless two in a Thai massage where you get more exposed. She came back in and started complaining about how class pass doesn’t pay her as much as she charges and she only uses it when she’s slow. Then expected me to pay her the difference in a tip and got upset when I only had $17 in my wallet to give her, which was a 31% tip. This was my first experience here and it was unfortunate. The massage would have brought me back if they hadn’t made me feel so uncomfortable with everything else.
