alle beoordelingen weergevenMadison was fantastic. Her energy made class fun, and she is the only Lagree instructor I’ve had in KC so far who left me sore two days later. I loved that there was only one spring change the entire class, which kept the workout flowing and efficient. She kept everyone moving and engaged from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be looking for her classes again!!!! Great job Madison!!

alle beoordelingen weergevenHoly moly talk about a killer workout! Low impact but I’m so going to feel this in the morning. The focus on core control is amazing. Instructor also really cares about form and breath work making sure everyone was set up for success.
