alle beoordelingen weergevenArielle is the best yoga instructor i had had the pleasure of learning from. i was in town for work and stumbled upon her at a different studio, then found her as many times at any studio she was teaching at while here. she gave me inspiration that i’ve had some trouble finding lately. she is so kind and gentle, creating such a soft but strong space for a group class. if you want to be taught, let her be your guide.

Fun unexpected challenge to stay calm and she didn’t let it get in the way of the serene flow she had built throughout the class. Would definitely recommend! :)

alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed Nathan’s approach to this practice. His voice was very calming and cues were easy to follow. I’m in recovery from recent injuries & this class was very appropriate for me. It felt great to move my body again in a calm atmosphere.

This was the first Pilates class I’ve taken that truly incorporated authentic Pilates sequencing, breathwork, and technique. Wish Nicole taught evening classes
