I liked that the teacher actually corrects the poses and that we got tiger balm during the practice. It felt like a real yoga class as we also got some theory behind it.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI love when yoga philosophy is incorporated into classes. It helps shape the direction and the lessons of the Gods in the scripture are always inspiring! I loved the slow movement of the yoga and the teachers knowledge is amazing! She had such a calming energy!

alle beoordelingen weergevenAdorei a aula! Foi mesmo divertida, com uma intensidade perfeita para iniciantes e jogos motivantes, por terem também associada uma tecnologia que nunca vi noutro ginásio. O instrutor foi muito simpático e explicou sempre atempadamente os exercícios. O espaço é ótimo, com um balneário arejado e limpo. Recomendo!
