I was really nervous since I knew completely nothing, but he made sure everyone knew what to do, i really enjoyed his helpful corrections with everyone, and he made the space feel safe and welcoming. This class left me feeling much stronger and knowledgeable. I will be coming back! Ps expect to sweat and take some hits, its all part of the fun
