The staff recognized me from previous visits, although I had not attended in some time, and not for this particular class. The workout was challenging and induced sweating, yet it also felt refreshing. The music played by the instructor was highly effective in motivating the group. For those new to the class, I recommend feeling at ease, as everyone is welcoming. So far, I have not had trouble finding parking, but it is crucial to arrive promptly to get settled. I will definitely return.

alle beoordelingen weergeveni wasn’t sure if i would enjoy the virtual teacher thing as i’ve tried it a couple times in the past and it’s never worked for me. but something about the space and the video i chose really worked! the front desk person set me up well, i was the only person using the room and was sweaty after a 30 minute vid. i’ll be back!

I have been working with a wrist injury for over a year, and without me telling him, he noticed that one of my wrists was weaker than the other. He always checks in with me about how my wrist is doing, and he offers modifications for injuries and different levels. Highly recommend his class if you want an authentic yoga experience.

There was no pressure to push. It was a very mindful, yet challenging enough practice. I will be back! Sound bowls at the end are the cherry on top.

I absolutely love how we get play time at the end with hand stands, forearm stands, headstands, and everything else in between. Arpineh is such a solid instructor who is sweet and encouraging, yet she pushes us so that we tone and strengthen our bodies and mind. Love love love!!!

alle beoordelingen weergevenJill was very nice, I think her teaching style is not for me but I definitely got a good workout. She was very focused on form but I felt there was more concern with how our postures looked, as opposed to how they felt. For example, she kept telling me to straighten my leg in certain poses when I wasn't able to do so due to inflexibility. I also had trouble understanding many of her cues. On top of that, the room we did yoga in was extremely echoey, which made it difficult to hear. But the studio as a whole is lovely and much more spacious than it looks from the outside, and there are showers. Even though I had a mixed experience, I'm keeping my review at five stars because I don't like to hurt small businesses.
