alle beoordelingen weergevenThis class was the pace I really wanted. I felt welcome and really appreciated the instructor Nacera. Front desk did not greet me because there is self check in and a lot going on but it felt warm and inviting anyway. A few people arrived after class had begun. I’m glad people were able to come in late because I would like to be given that grace myself if it were to happen in the future. I liked that the instructor acknowledged even the late arrivals and how she introduced herself by name a few times. I learned a lot from participating in this class since the focus is explaining. Parking was a dollar in the back lot.

With her help, I knew when I was doing something incorrectly & I could deff tell the difference when she corrected my form!

This class truly shifted some demons I had been feeling in my body and the sound bath was the cherry on top

They have large rooms with high ceilings! The space is so comfy and calming. I’ve been to a few classes with different instructors and everyone’s been amazing but Kelsi is definitely my favorite! She guides the class so well and she’s very attentive. Happy to have found my place!😌

She made sure to say hello to everyone in the room (many teachers do not do this!), brought a fresh air of positivity, fun and laughter into the room as she entered. She led the session with her powerful presence and leadership, guiding us with visualizations, inviting us to make sound, offering impeccably timed transitions, playing powerful and emotive music, invitation to make sound was just so impeccably timed. My little one is only 7 weeks old so he stayed in his car seat and slept the entire time but it was nice to chat about mom related/postpartum stuff which is how the class began. No need to bring a mat or props, they supplied everything we needed! Big and spacious room and the temperature was just right. Hope does a great job and is very calming and easy to talk to.

The instructor, Ash has such a calming tone of voice which allowed me to be present in my practice. I felt much more at ease and in tune with my body by the end of the class. I look forward to returning again soon!

The session is outdoors so I would bring a sweater because it might get chilly. The location was difficult to find because it’s held at a residence but at least there was plenty of parking!

It was a social class where people were willing to get to know each other a bit which I personally find that doesn’t often happen! Kelly was graceful, insightful and wise, offering a teaching about the Kundalini yoga. Will definitely be coming back 🙏

My appetite has curbed, as I was binge eating before. More of my friends, old and new, have been reaching out. I’m saying yes to new experiences, and more are coming my way. My sacrum took a while to clean out, I would like to go back for a part 2. I have a feeling my period will normalize, but I would like to accurately review that after my next session.
