It’s physically challenging, with space to rest, mentally stimulating with the theme for the practice and a warming atmosphere is created by Jenny’s ability to connect to her students. Highly recommend for those looking for some inspiration in their Yoga practice.

alle beoordelingen weergevenShe was a great instructor! She was VERY sweet and nice! When you think about hot mat Pilates in your head she taught exactly that. It was full body and core engaged and the glute workouts were very targeted and sequenced perfectly, she knows how to use every muscle in your body to hold yourself up! I know my whole body will feel it tomorrow! It was easy to follow her and she guided the class really well, excited to take her class next week! (I also loved how she told the class in the beginning if you need a sip of water go ahead and take it and don’t wait on her cue)

I have been coming for a few years, and even with my recent move to Gilbert I still make the drive multiple times every week because I have such a great community at this studio. I have advanced in my practice so much and have been loving the addition of new teachers and classes with Ashley and Gabby!

It was refreshing to experience a flow that felt similar to the usual sequence, yet different enough to be stimulating, engaging, and challenging. Her pacing and cues, combined with the heat, made for a terrific class. Great job—I’ll definitely be back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenHeather was amazing and I loved this class. It was my first time at the foundry and I was very happy with how welcoming and inclusive the class was. I am a beginner in yoga, and very much so not flexible. I appreciated how Heather suggested modifications as we went along, which allowed either the movements to be more or less challenging. That made it easy for me to flow with the class and really get into a mindful place without worrying if I was doing it “right”. The atmosphere of this class is also great, very relaxing, the music was calming and Heathers voice during the class even during instructions into new movements was very soothing. 10/10 will be coming here again!!

Keeping the light offs (over head lights are intense) during daytime classes would have made it more zen. Also more time holding poses would be nice too - a little too much cool down/stretch time.
