The studio has 6 large screens displaying the workout program throughout the room, showing how many sets there are, how much time for each exercise, demonstrations of how to do them, what the current exercise is, how much time is left, and what’s coming next. It made it so much easier to follow along and stay on track. I also loved that Taya only needed to demonstrate the exercises briefly, then spent most of the class walking around helping and correcting members to make sure we were doing everything properly and safely. Her instructions were very clear and encouraging. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with lockers and a water dispenser, which I really appreciated. This class was definitely challenging for me 😅, but at the end Taya took the time to explain the different class difficulty levels, which was very helpful for someone still learning and exploring the FS8 format. Overall, a very positive experience! ❤️
