Let’s make it slightly less hot, so that students can have the ability to perform to their fullest potential.

Her voice is so calming and relaxing that it made for a flawless transition into each hold. It takes practice and dedication to deliver that type of trance-like meditation. Her Yin is so soothing and healing; one really gets the sense that she cares about the guidance she’s delivering. Also, her adjustments and cues are impeccable; it’s as if she’s practiced from every angle and knows her contraindications very well. Simply the best!!!

It really asks you to engage completely and thoughtfully. Remembering the long sequences is hard…at first. It does get easier. As far as teaching form, not this particular class. The instructors are, however, thoughtful and willing to take time after class.
