The cues were super clear throughout the class and the energy never went down. The burn was REAL, and Cristi was so sweet and supportive, 100/10 highlyyyyy recommend!!!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI absolutely loved this class! From the moment I walked in, the instructor greeted everyone with such a warm, welcoming smile and beautiful energy. She created an environment that felt safe, calming, and uplifting from start to finish. The class itself was amazing. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and genuinely happier than when I arrived. Katie guidance throughout the practice was thoughtful and encouraging, and I especially appreciated the hands-on adjustments. They were gentle, intentional, and really helped me deepen into the poses. You can tell she truly cares about her students and the experience she creates. Her energy is beautiful, and it shines through in every aspect of the class. It was the perfect way to end my Sunday and reset for the week ahead. I can’t wait to take another class with Katie💗

alle beoordelingen weergevenVery relaxing class, only a few poses, maybe 6 or 7 😝 in 75 minutes, all on the ground -- you won't break a sweat but very, very relaxing and Danielle is good vibes, gives adjustments (huge) and the studio is beautiful and clean!

With yin, I tend to struggle knowing how to balance between letting go and where to root down but Susie’s guidance and adjustments made it easy to know where I should be feeling stretched and where I should be fully relaxed. My hips and back needed this class more than I knew. Thank you Susie!!! ❤️

The vinyasa sequence was beautiful and perfectly paced, the teacher was amazing, inspiring and genuinely welcoming. Can't recommend this place enough. I'm already planning to come back next time I'm in Miami Beach.
