The class was small - just two of us, I felt immediately welcomed you can tell this is a space made for TRAINING it’s not the boujee Miami you usually see which I personally loved. It reminded me of gymnastics when I was a kid but it’s all very professional and organized and the instructor made it a personal and enjoyable experience.

Probably the best pole class I have ever taken, so informative and technical about the movements and she was so helpful coming to everyone to make adjustments. In the end the combo and flow was so fun! I feel like I learned a lot and felt great about what I accomplished. And it’s such a beautiful space. ❤️💯

She was not pleasant at first, but once we got going into the class she became more friendly. The instruction was high-quality and the equipment was great too. I recommend locking the door to deny entry to late people if it is such a big deal.
