Ewa encourages everyone to take what they need and never shames anyone if they take a break or hold something for longer. Zero ego in the room and honestly the best energy re-set. I love how she incorporates rhythm into each of the exercises. I was in a full on trance doing mountain climbers to City Girl’s “My type”. The music selection is a 10 out of 10. The front desk staff is so sweet and has such a wonderful energy. Shout Joanne (sorry if i misspelled your name). I will def be back.

The studio is super cute — right near the design district with plenty of parking, which is always a win. I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
