    Great music and energy from the instructor. He was also very clear with his instruction. I didn’t notice it during the class, but I think the music was louder than usual because my ears were ringing after. That would be my only complaint and next time I’ll know to grab ear plugs.

    Absolute Blast!! 💥 fun!! How does Danny manage to make High 45 both super challenging, & Fun?!!! 🤩 Danny has a unique recipe!! And you will certainly experience this during the 2-4 minute intervals- high level 3, 1-2 minute recover, and of course after the class!! Danny’s ongoing encouragement, motivational words, are not just spoken from one spot in the room, rather he runs/jumps with excitement around the studio, stopping at each treadmill & individual, making sure each person knows he IS CHEERING YOU ON!!! You can push through the challenge, Danny knows sometimes the muscles feel like ‘bricks’ :) knows the challenge is real for each person! Let’s everyone know!! And APPLAUDS, the effort!! (Reaching your personal potential that class!!) No matter whether your high level 3 is 4.2-7.2 mph or any number as long as you are working to your potential!! Danny reminds you how incredible you will feel (not just after 45 minutes) but after completing each 2-3-4 minute low-mid-high level 3 interval! How well deserved the upcoming 1-2- minute recovery will feel EARNED - well Deserved by you!!! Personally loved the words ‘make the challenge part of you’ !! And you will!! And Lest’s not forget….. Danny creates a room that will remind you of being back at your favorite club, Lights, (purple, red, blue, and incredible Music mix!! ) Thank you!!🙏 ( I was nervous to be back at MHRC after having to take a 5 week hiatus) and Danny you couldn’t have made my return, getting back to High 45 any better, and more encouraged to sign up for the next class!! 🙏🙏 Jill

    If you love to run and want to be challenged this is the best class in New York. Aminah’s programs are challenging but doable. Everything is so thought out that it pushes you hard but always to the point where you can finish. i have gotten significantly faster since ive started going to her classes. her strenghth is also so solid. You can trust her to give you a good time, cue everything perfectly (out of the 30+ classes I’ve taken with her she has never messed up, and never once repeated a class) and play songs that make you want to work sing and smile. I have the time of my life in her classes and she has helped me reach all my goals. She is also SO NICE AND FUNNY. THANK YOU AMINAH ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Only feedback would be that they start the classes back to back (the class before ends at 10:30 and this class starts at 10:30) - that means that this class starts a little late and the transition period is a little chaotic.     Class with Dani was so great! It was my first experience in a running class and I absolutely loved it. The 30/30 split felt great as I was able to get cardio and strength at the same time. Both were definitely challenging! The space is so clean, staff is super friendly and the treadmills are really great quality — not like your typical treadmill at the gym. I don’t think there’s anywhere in North Jersey like Juma!
