Her voice is soothing, her instructions clear and she teaches sequences that leave you feeling relaxed and open. A good class for beginners. It’s gentle and Alexa makes sure to walk around the class checking technique and offering modifications for all levels.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was my first time taking Aurora’s Sculpt class while she was substituting, and she is an amazing instructor. I really liked the flow of her class and how she transitioned between working the left and right sides at a balanced pace. She gave enough time to feel the work and effort in each pose without staying on one side so long that discomfort or strain started to set in. I have lower back/pelvic and shoulder issues, so when one side is focused on for too long, I start to feel aches and strains that make it harder to fully perform the following exercises. Her pacing felt very thoughtful and manageable, which allowed me to stay engaged and get the most out of the workout. I would definitely take her class again.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI really love that they have 45 minute sculpt classes now! There are times when 60 minutes feels so long. 45 minutes felt like a good workout where I could give my all. Alysha’s direction was clear and the pace/ flow of the class great! As a bonus this location always has such a great playlist!

alle beoordelingen weergevenRachel puts on a fantastic class. She both motivates you and makes it okay to make modifications without feeling like a failure. I enjoy that the gym feels like a safe space. Feels like Barbies’ Malibu Mansion all the extra little touches like the lights being dimmed and a disco party is raging. The scents, the cards yes yes and yes. If you want a place to get your groove back and not feel out of place because you aren’t crazy in shape the peach is a great place to be.

alle beoordelingen weergevenJust finished a half marathon yesterday and my whole body felt stiff. I was a bit nervous because I know that some yoga classes can definitely work you. I was looking for a good flow mobility class and this was it! The instructor did wonderful! I loved the cadence and how much time we had for each pose. The poses were not difficult and really allowed me to stretch each muscle group. I felt loose and calm after. Would totally recommend for an active recovery day! :)

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.
