The other time is for getting ready to go in and out. Helpful staff member with you the whole time you are in. In a park of Newport shopping plaza that has plenty of parking.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe facility was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Upon arrival, the staff took me to my private sauna, which was stocked with clean towels, a robe, and sandals, making the experience feel comfortable and relaxing. The only issue I encountered was that the sauna was not preheated for my morning appointment. I checked in about 10 minutes before my scheduled session, and the staff let me know I could either wait for it to warm up or begin my session right away. I chose to start my session and remained until the end of my appointment time. However, even after being in the sauna for about 20 minutes, it still didn’t feel very hot. It wasn’t until the last 8–10 minutes of my session that the temperature reached the 130s, which still wasn’t quite hot enough for my preference. I mentioned this to the staff afterward, and she was very apologetic and explained that she would try to have it preheated sooner next time. I appreciated her response and willingness to address the issue. Overall, I had a positive experience and would be willing to give it another try to see if the sauna reaches the desired temperature for future visits.
