That said, I was able to make it through this class, have fun, and feel like I worked really hard. The instructor was great with cueing, reminding us about form, and providing modifications. The music selection was great, helped me keep pace, and motivated me throughout. I already signed up for the next class!

From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable, I know that sounds cliche but I have no other words to describe it. The instructor was welcoming and comfortable. The attendees were focused on their own practice, I didn’t feel watched or judged. I felt empowered to participate however my body needed. I’ll be back.
