The studio space is on the smaller side, but the small class size allowed Liza to pay attention to and engage with all of us individually, which I really liked. Even though this studio is in a shared building, parking was very easy, and there are bathrooms available in the hallway next to the studio (locked, but they have the keys).

Highly, highly recommend trying it at least once. Especially if you have some pent-up anger or frustration you need to get out, this is a great class for hitting things and releasing some energy with controlled violence lol

Because it was so unique, eyes were required to be closed the whole time, it was low to the ground, we were not permitted to stand up, these things should perhaps be listed on ClassPass ahead of time. I was expecting more of an ecstatic dance experience with freedom of movement but much more low key. This was not that but I can see it still being a helpful component to others healing and movement journeys! I wish the creator the best with this class!
