If you're looking for a class that combines relaxation, flexibility, and a little bit of strengthening, this is definitely worth trying. I can say more challenging than a Mat Stretch class and will take this class again.

alle beoordelingen weergevenIt’s my birthday today, and all I really wanted was to start my day with a great workout. 🤍 I was so happy that Sang Jee asked for each of our names—it may seem like a small thing, but it made the class feel so much more personal. She’s incredibly hands-on, making sure everyone is doing the steps correctly by going around and checking on each of us. This is only my second time attending her class, but I already love her energy so much. It was such a fun way to celebrate my birthday! ✨🎉

I was surprised she remembered our names knowing that class was full. I like that the studio has a good city view instead of just walls and mirrors.

Coach Christine’s approach was different, I found it more technical and intentional rather than performative. She helped us correct our forms and articulate properly. She spotted my scoliosis and modified the movements for me, which I appreciated 😊 be back soon!
