alle beoordelingen weergevenCame in expecting to be completely lost. Left wondering when I can book my next class. 😂 Sang Jee’s class was such a fun challenge! High energy, great music, and a workout that felt more like a dance party than exercise (until my legs reminded me otherwise). The choreography was beginner-friendly enough to follow while still pushing us to move and sweat. Also, cardio disguised as dancing should be illegal because I didn’t realize how hard I was working until the class ended. Definitely coming back!

The coach was so warm and welcoming too. I think this class is especially good for people with anxiety or those who’ve been overthinking a lot lately. A little reminder that it’s okay to take up space. ✨

The studio was clean and well-maintained, with shower facilities and a changing area available for guests. The instructor was very accommodating and supportive, especially since it was our first time attending a heated yoga class. She took the time to give us a short introduction and made us feel comfortable throughout the session. I definitely worked up a sweat and left feeling both challenged and accomplished. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to try something new and push themselves a little further.

Coach Christine’s approach was different, I found it more technical and intentional rather than performative. She helped us correct our forms and articulate properly. She spotted my scoliosis and modified the movements for me, which I appreciated 😊 be back soon!

They just verify with your name and ask you to fill out a reg form. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the waiting area is neat and aesthetic. I booked the intermediate class but the coach was kind enough to adjust the exercises based on my level. They were also very mindful of my injury history. Will definitely come back! ❤️
