Jayr was great attentive and gave amazing workouts to both myself and my niece. Gym was clean and spacious. Everyone was friendly. So many variations for an hour class. Really great place.

My male trainer, S*****n was professional, not TOO chatty. It was my first time in that gym but I had been doing boxing occasionally for quite some time now and I was satisfied with their service. The core and stretching was done by another guy who I think was a trainee. The latter was my favorite part. He was a bit timid but he was considerate enough to be asking if I’m comfortable with the stretches to be done.

Lucky that my friend and I are the only ones who booked 7pm muay thai slot - coach John was able to teach us every step up the way. Generally tho the place is cramped as it’s shared between those doing muay thai and boxing. Because it’s a shared space, barefoot muay thai practitioners are practicing in the same space as boxers wearing shoes.

Rennel was patient to a beginner like me. Learned the basics. The favorite duo - jab and straight, when combined with footwork was surprisingly difficult. Achieved my goal though, to sweat it all out. Will definitely come back. With my own gear soon coz rental is 150php hehe.

I love Coach Mark! He challenges me and makes sure I get a good sweat. He also makes sure that I am always in proper form whenever I do boxing. Very good stretching and massage at the end as well. Will definitely come back!
