Most people are barefoot, and the floor is like a linoleum, so I’d recommend grippy socks if you’re used to carpet floors. Breathwork at the very end was a nice touch.

I’ve been going to the gym for years, but cardio isn’t my strong suit so I was nervous about that so if you’re in the same boat take what you need from the class, go at your pace and modify as needed. Don’t let your self limiting beliefs keep you from taking this amazing class!!! Amy was great, she briefed the newbies (it was my first time) on what to expect before the class started. Def will go again!

People were very confused on the format (regardless of how many times the instructors explained it). This was only made worse by the fact that there were too many people in class. I think Stage 7 should be retired into the land of misfit workouts never to be seen again.

She was super friendly and helpful. Good amount of equipment and everything I used appeared to be in great condition. Also nice that we can use the HIIT area for open gym when classes aren’t in session. Looking forward to coming back again!

The class was “Pound” and I decided to give it a try, it was a lot of fun and I appreciate them letting me join. Only rating 4 stars due to the scheduling issue but I am thankful there was another class I could try instead.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI probably should have attended a more beginner class. It sounded so great from the description! It is more of a kids' place than I anticipated, but it was not a problem. It was fun working with the kiddos, too. that being said- the class is made for kids! I don't mean that it's a bad class or anything by any means, I'd just hope that the next adult that books this class knows. i wasn't really given a great warm-up, and not just meaning a stretching warmup that wasn't there either, but there was no like easy intro to ninja skill building. I was started on the most advanced part of the course right off the bat, and with an adult body, you just need more time to warm your grip, core engagement, and coordination. I'm an aerialist instructor, bodybuilder, and personal trainer, so I'm extremely active, but there's just a strategy to building up to the advanced movements. Without that- injuries happen. The instructor verbally gave most instructions rather than demonstrating the movements, which is also not great for people that dont do well with verbal instructions. He was pleasant enough of a person and was definitely helpful when prompted, kept an eye on everyone, and engaged with everyone.
