Had a lot of fun working through the boxing combos, and got to learn some defensive maneuvers as well. Fun mix of speed and power punches plus I learned more ways to improve my technique. Would suggest joining for a session!

Makes it super comfortable for first timers and challenges those who are already skilled. Leaving this class I felt stronger, kinder, wiser, and at peace. Can’t recommend enough.
