The instructor was super friendly and actually did the workout with us. I love the cold lavender towel and popsicle at the end!

The hot room has a great ambiance with candles, mood lighting, and plenty of sweat inducing heat, plus a nice chilled towel to wrap it up. Give it a try!

We didn't do a whole lot in the way of traditional yoga asanas, but I loved how the teacher based the practice on the upcoming Lunar New Year and how this relates to transitions and energy in the body. This really resonated with where I'm at, and transitions in my own life right now. Also, this business is super cool and I can't wait to come back and try the bathhouse!
